Who are we ?

CAPHOTEL is a brand created in 2015 by CAP 117, subsidiary of DERET, family-owned group started out in the road transport in 1947. Since then, DERET has continued to develop in sectors related to road transport and logistics (www.deret.fr).
 
It's in this spirit of innovation that DERET starts up CAP 117 in 1977. Since 20 yeard CAP 117 builds, develops and trades hotels and restaurants under its own brand CAPHOTEL. 

Today, CAPHOTEL runs18 establishments from 1 to 4-stars:
  • - 15 hotel under the MERCURE, NOVOTEL, IBIS STYLES, IBIS BUDGET and HOTEL F1 franchised brands ACCOR
  • - 1 hotel under an independent brand The COTTAGE HOTEL
  • - 3 restaurants under the COURTEPAILLE franchised brand

The establishments CAPHOTEL are on a north/south axis, from Dunkerque to Bordeaux, through historical cities such as Orleans, Tours or Blois...

Wether you are on a business trip or vacation, the hotel offer some quality services:
  • - Opening 24h/24
  • - Rooms up to 4 people (some are adapted to disabled people)
  • - Standard equipements: free wifi access, flat screen TV with european and international channels
  • - A varied breakfast buffet
  • - Parking lots

According to the hotel, you'll take advantage of other high quality services:
  • - a bar and/or restaurant with local and gourment cuisine
  • - sport facilities such as room fitness, heated or not swimming pool

CAPHOTEL carries on its development and a new restaurant Courtepaille will open this summer.
